    The name of this beautiful Roman Catholic church, says it all. The Church of the multiplication stands in the site where Jesus multiplied loaves of bread and features a beautiful restored 5th-century mosaics. The church is located on the northwest shore of the Sea of Galilee in an area called Tabgha.

    Mount of Beatitudes
    The name of this beautiful church and place refers to the blessings listed by Christ in the Sermon on the Mount.  Overlooking the northwestern shore of the Sea of Galilee, it offers a magnificent view of the northern part of the lake and across to the cliffs of the Golan Heights on the other side. This is a humbling experience and a place which every Christian pilgrim should pay a visit.
  6. Church of the Primacy of Peter

    Highway 87, Tabgha
    This little church on the shore of Sea of Galilee fronts a magical little beach made of volcanic rock. This is the site of The Miraculous catch of fish and where Peter denied Jesus three times. There are plaques and statues memorializing the events.
